This week’s cucumbers are the first ripe variety of the season! They are called Picolino— they are small in size (about 4”)— and are crunchy and delicious! This list from The Kitchn says it all: "Sour Cream and Dill Cucumber Salad. The Easiest Tangy Cucumber Salad. Saucy Chili-Garlic Cucumber Noodles. Pineapple-Cucumber Salad.
