The Washtenaw Organic Collaborative has closed for now. As our customers have returned to the Farmer’s Market and to our farms, we have seen less need in the community for this service. We look forward to seeing you in these community spaces!

Ordering for the Washtenaw Organic Collaborative online market is available weekly Sunday-Tuesday. We harvest and pack on Thursday and Friday. Delivery and pickup is on Saturday mornings. For 2021, our pickup location is at Slow Farm, just north of Ann Arbor at 4700 Whitmore Lake Road (between Warren and Joy roads).

The Washtenaw Organic Collaborative was born in 2020 through conversations among Brines Farm, Raindance Organic Farm, and Slow Farm in Washtenaw County, Michigan. We offer our farms’ seasonal organic produce, eggs, flowers, and plants, and also eggs, meat, body care, and baked goods from other producer friends. This is all done through secure online ordering, with no-contact pickup at Slow Farm on Saturdays.

As capacity allows we will add other small, careful, and nearby producers who share our values so that we can offer additional products. If you know someone who would be a good fit, please ask them to contact us at info@WashtenawOrganic.com.

This is a new venture for us in 2020 based on the unexpected turn of events in global history. We are working together because we love and appreciate each other and share similar values and practices on our farms. In addition, all three founding farms have USDA Organic Certification. The core or our work is providing you with delicious and nutritious food that is produced with respect for the planet, with care for people who work to grow the food, and with love for the community who eats it.
