A big healthy bunch of this excellent heirloom variety called Georgia Collards with the flavor of cabbage. Introduced in the late 1800s, it comes from down south where they know how to cook these sturdy nutritious greens with a ham hock and a mess of cornbread on the side. Steamed so they are flexible, these are also great to use for any kind of wraps.

While stinging nettles are well-named given their ability to "sting" humans when raw, cooking or dehydrating removes that potential leaving you with a delicious and nutritious spring green. Propolis is a by-product in the beehives. It is the bees natural antispetic, antibacterial glue to fix holes in the hive. It is used as a sealant for unwanted open spaces in the hive. Propolis is raw and straight from the hive. It is processed through a propolis trap and scraped from the supers where it remains largely clean of other bee parts and honey. Propolis is commonly used medicinally for healing wounds, treatment for burns, infections, dental pain, inflammatory illnesses, and other skin ailments. Propolis is used in the production of creams, chewing gum, lozenges, cosmetics, and dental ointments. Description: contains one ounce of propolis. It comes in a sealed bag. A thick, rustic slab of wood straight from my forest. It is a lazy susan/turn table that spins for ease of use around a kitchen table or sitting in front of the tv enjoying a beverage. I've thought of the possible uses and this would definitely fit on a kitchen table holding salt and pepper shakers or a remote control in a living room. Description: This is a rustic piece of wood. It is planed, sanded, oiled, and finished in beeswax to create a lasting piece. It is attached to a 4 inch lazy susan bearing with felt on the bottom. Cuts of wood vary from 2-3 inches thick and are 8 inches or less around. Convo me if you would like a custom order or have specifics desired such as a piece unstained or a larger or smaller piece of wood. The wood pieces vary so the picture is representative of the piece but not the same. We live on 10 lovely acres, many of which are forested.
